There are many chemical suppliers that specialize in fragrances.

Never buy from a wholesaler. Mix you own oils from the plant.

Get a couple 55 gallon barrels of a base fragrance with oil and add your selected perfumes and colorings.

The select your packaging. Make certain plastic bottles a fluorinated to seal the fragrance an maintain shelf life.

Make you own etched glass bottles from cheep glass bottles.

Be creative. Soaps and shampoos can be colored and scented as well. I passed up a chance to get 3,500 gallons of cream rinse for 13 cents a pound. I didn't have the storage capacity. I would have cleaned up with the Dollar Store market.

Look for wide spec chemicals that are cheep.

If the only contaminant is water you can adjust for that (you are going to ad some water anyway)

Stick with commonly used base formulas and well tested fragrance oils. Do not experiment with anything not currently being sold as a fragrance.

from a wholesaler
I bought 30 bottles of perfume from a lady at a garage sale for $10 each and sold them for an average of $45 . The lady quit working as a sales rep for a perfume company and had a bunch of tester bottles . Most other sellers probably have a similar connection with the producers of these companies
