mark their bottles with this label and it literally means ';Water of the Toilet';


WTF !?! that's nasty.





and they've been naming it that for 100 years or so.


(To the French, it really meant ';water for washing and/or dressing';)











but it's not actually cologne or perfume. check it.





Eau de Parfum: 10-20% (typical ~15%) aromatic compound


Eau de Toilette: 5-15% (typical ~10%) aromatic compound


Eau de Cologne 3-8% (typical ~5%) citrus aromatic compound





perfumes and colognes aren't even the same things, but then again ';toilet water'; doesn't fall in there either.

I actually got into a discussion with a perfume girl at a department store about this. Why would ANYONE want to smell ';unforgivable?'; Put it in context: if someone smells ';unforgivable';, doesn't it generally imply that they smell BAD?
It would be stupid if there was a goth inspired perfume called Corpse or something.
