Is it bad to leave your cologne or perfume in the car?

I'm not sure if it changes the scent but I know it evaporates a lot quicker! I left a half bottle of my favorite in my car and when I found it under the seat it was completely empty!! :( Is it bad to leave your cologne or perfume in the car?
It's okay if you park your car in a garage since it won't be exposed on sunlight. But yeah, it will definitely ruin your perfume if you leave it in any hot place. Some perfumes can even burst to flames especially the ones with alcohol in them. So, you can just store your perfumes in some shelf of your bedroom where it's a little gloomy. Absolutely, it's worse than even leaving it in direct sunlight. A car gets hot in the sun, and will cook your perfume. It will end up sour or smelling bad. It's really too expensive to have that happen, so I keep mine at home and away from windows.

Yes, I have heard the same thing. Even when storing them at home you should make sure they are not in a sunny place.
