Perfume/Cologne questions!! If you cant smell it on yourself, does that mean that other ppl cant smell it also?

Ok, im a guy and with some colognes, I spray it on in the morning b4 school and by the time 2nd period rolls around, I cant smell it unless i stuff my head in my shirt.
