I would call the police . . The person who it was stolen from has called the police too . They just might tell you to keep it. What would you do if you found a box of about 10-15 perfumes/colognes in your garbage? ?
In MY garbage? I would wonder who is using my trash can but I would let it go. Someone wanted to throw them away. Probably they were old. Perfume can change over time.





So I wouldn't take them to the police or keep them either. If it was something of value, I would notify the police.





Edit: If I knew they were stolen I would go to the police. I don't need or want stolen goods.
Be concerned that someone has been that close to my bin (as in, they were in my garden, possibly snooping)





and either not touch it, or chuck it out my bin somewhere...that's all. Although I can't think where I could throw it that wouldn't be littering.





I wouldn't keep them, there could be poison in them for all I know. It's kind of disgusting to be honest.
I don't go rummaging through my dumpsters, so I'd leave them their. Why would this be considered a police issue?
